General conditions of sale
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services in the online store of www.rpmbaltic.ee between the buyer (hereinafter the Consumer) and the company KANDSA OÜ (hereinafter the Online Store).
In addition to the conditions written on this page, the relationship between the Consumer and the Online Store is governed by the Debt Law Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other important legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The online store has the right to make changes in prices. The changes are reflected on the website: www.modulest.ee
Forming the order
The desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, click on the "Check out" link. To finalize the order, enter the necessary information and choose the payment method that suits you from the list.
- You can pay for orders with Visa, MasterCard debit and credit cards, Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Revolut, LHV bank, Coop bank, Poco pay, N 26).
The payment is made outside the puitvalgus.ee e-shop environment by the service provider of Maksekeskus in a secure payment environment. The www.puitvalgus.ee e-shop does not have access to the Customer's bank and credit card data.
- Paying by bank transfer to the current account of KANDSA OÜ:
EE822200221058722957, at the latest within 3 banking days after placing the order.
Payment is made in euros. All prices are shown in euros and include the VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia (24%).

Delivery time and delivery conditions
In Estonia, smaller goods are delivered to the service user via Omniva or DPD parcel machine. For larger shipments, Omniva, DPD or Fedex courier services are used, depending on the destination of the shipment.
By placing an order Mon-Fri before 13:00, the products in stock will be sent to the logistics company on the same working day (applies to orders within Estonia). In case of public holidays or major campaigns, we will do our best to get the goods to you as quickly as possible, but please consider delays.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. If the goods have to be ordered from outside Estonia, delivery to the customer may take 5-8 weeks. Please check product availability and delivery time on the product page.
Omniva package shipping fee:
• S Parcel Locker – €2.99 (price includes VAT)
• M Parcel Locker – €3.99 (price includes VAT)
• L Parcel Locker – €4.99 (price includes VAT)
Fee for sending a parcel by courier:
• Courier €9.90 (orders within Estonia, price includes VAT)
The courier delivers the ordered goods to the customer in Estonia within 48 hours after picking up the goods from our warehouse.
We deliver the goods in stock on the same or the next working day after the order is placed (depending on the time of the order).
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivering the goods is added to the price. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
Right of withdrawal, order cancellation and product return
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the webshop within 14 days.
To return the goods, they must be sent to our warehouse at the address:

Parcels sent to the parcel machine will automatically be returned to the sender!
For convenient shipping, we recommend using Omniva / Itella or DPD couriers.
The right of return is designed to guarantee that the goods sent correspond to what was ordered.
- The goods to be returned must be unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
- The package can be opened without damage (if possible), if not, with as little damage to the package as possible.
- Returning the goods is done at the customer's expense.
- When returning the goods, the purchased products must be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the submission of the application for withdrawal.
- Upon receipt of the goods, KANDSA OÜ will immediately return to the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. For returns received by mail, all fees received from the buyer based on the contract are excluded. delivery cost refund to the account indicated by the customer in the application within 1-14 working days from the day the goods reach KANDSA OÜ.
- KANDSA OÜ may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the subject matter of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the matter, whichever occurs first.
